What We Do
The attorneys at Delahunt Law PLLC provide full spectrum representation and counseling for New York insurance carriers facing coverage issues and disputes. We advise insurers of their potential coverage obligations and defenses, both in advance of a coverage determination and when a prior coverage determination is disputed. We are litigation counsel in all phases of coverage actions, including trials and appeals. We leverage our focus and experience to maintain excellent relations with the courts, neutrals, opposing attorneys, and other insurers within the coverage bar. Our practice extends to all types of policies and coverages, including CGL, commercial excess, commercial auto, business property, professional liability, personal lines, and specialty insurance products. We frequently provide insurers assistance in the development and enforcement of new forms and language when ISO forms are insufficient to meet underwriting and claims expectations.
